Description
Casa Puerto De Mar is a luxurious 2 bedrooms, plus alcove, 2 bath condominium located in the beautiful, new
Condominious M.A.R project in Playacar, Phase 2. These condos are brand new and were completed in December 2004.
They are ideally located between the Playacar Aviary and the Xaman Ha ruins in the gated community known as Playacar,
Phase 2. This is the closest you can be to town (a 5 minute walk) and to the beach (a 3 minute walk) in
Phase 2 Playacar.
Condominious M.A.R. is an elegant complex which includes 3 buildings, each with six or seven units.
There are many preserved natural scenes on the property including large shade trees and a crystalline cenote
(a natural waterfall connected to the area’s famous underground river system). There is a large swimming pool with
a large wading and shallow area for youngsters. Please use caution when they are swimming as the cenote
is nearby.
This condo is very spacious, with about 1,800 square feet of living space. There is a large, open
living-dining-kitchen area, a spacious den-alcove off the living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom as well as a deck off the patio door. The second
bedroom contains a queen size bed and a beautiful poolside view from the window.
The alcove/den area can be curtained off for privacy and will sleep 2 on the double futon. There is also a double
bed in the pull out sofa located in the living room! Floor to ceiling glass doors lead to a deck overlooking the
pool and cenote. The condo is ground level with steps going right down to the pool…a great location!
The floors are all made of marble. Fine hardwoods make up the doors and counters, contemporary Italian plumbing
fixtures and elegant lighting make up the remainder of the condo. There are ceiling fans and central air
conditioning in all rooms. Other amenities include TV with DVD player, stereo, washer & Dryer, microwave, toaster oven,
stove, coffee maker, blender, bed and bath linens & beach towels, purified drinking water, dish and laundry detergent,
and toilet paper are supplied. Ground access available.
We have a friendly, helpful staff to make your stay enjoyable. Housekeeping is provided 2 times a week (or more on
request for a small charge). Our manager, Esperanza, is fluent in English and will visit throughout your vacation
to make sure your needs are met. She is also an excellent cook and can prepare you a variety of meals for a
reasonable cost. There is also a 24 hour security staff that is excellent and helpful. We will do everything we
